Pls. provide the person’s complete information who will be responsible for the contract/deposit/balance. Information listed on the Proposal Request Form will be used for the Invoice and Contract. Note, we provide many different services to clients and execute many types of events - we use the same form below.

Once you receive our proposal, review and let us know if you need any modifications or have any questions. Proposals are valid for 24 Hours. Reply back with your approval and you will receive the Contract & Invoice. TO SECURE EVENT DATES/SERVICES: You must remit deposit (for events beyond 30 days of booking) or full balance (for events within 30 days of booking) and a signed contract. Bookings are on a 1st come 1st serve basis. We are constantly taking inquiries and bookings. If we are sold out for your event date or do not service the area you need - we will connect you with our Partners.

No event shall be confirmed until deposit and contract have been executed.

Thus we are always working to enhance our offerings and pricing. No two events are the same. Pricing can differ based on event type, location, headcount and services required.

We offer limited special promotions for each category; Corporate, Non-profit, Weddings and Social events (anniversaries, birthdays, i.e.) including active Military and retired personnel. To receive 10% discount for Military or Non-Profit - clients must be able to present a valid & current copy of their ID.
